「The actual office was closed the entire time we were there with no information to contact anyone. I had to search for my reservation email to get information to call someone for the motel. The motel representative on the telephone told me that they had sent my instructions to access the room "10 hours earlier", however, I never did receive that information. After speaking to the room representative, I did receive instructions to access my room and then I also received, via text ,an invoice...
