「Very good value and was in the perfect location for our reason for visiting Mitcham, onsite free parking is a real positive. Upon arrival it wasn't clear where we had to go to check in and a staff member not on shift didn't seem to know, but it turned out you check in inside by the kitchen service hatch....photo ID was needed and scanned by a polite staff member. The restaurant looked spotless, very clean, bright and airy...the kitchen however, on show through the glass window by hotel check...

「Het slot van de kamer zag er een beetje twijfelachtig uit. Maar na een snelle inspectie bleek dit prima te werken. De kamer oogde schoon, maar na wat beter te kijken bleek er een pleister van een vorige bezoeker op de grond te liggen, samen met allerlei andere troep en stofresten onder het bed. Op een van de muren zat een vieze vlek. Op de kast ligt een dikke laag stof en troep. De badkamer ruikt muf. De afvoer van de douchebak loopt slecht door. Het verwijderen van de afdekkap helpt het...

「The owner and staff member were very helpful the actual decor of the property is well beyond it's best before date the whole property is very tired. Our room shower drain was blocked upon arrival which meant we couldn't shower for 24 hours not good in 30 degree heat.」

「Need take a bus and walk few mins to get the hotel, The room is very clean and comfortable, room is not big but bathroom is. There are only three rooms provided with a very village bar on the ground floor, also it is the reception desk for you. The served breakfast is big size with toast, pastry, jam, cream, cearels with hot tea or coffee. Not sure if can choose hot british breakfast or need to pay for it in the bar. overall is good with nice staff if you want to have a quiet vacation in a nice...
