「Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook. There was limited pans and no sharp knife, and having the ‘microwave...

「Nice and close to all attractions, huge space to stay in especially for several days. Would definitely stay here again on return trips to Liverpool 」

「Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions.」

「Ray was excellent, as he was very flexible on my arrival and departure and dealt with any issues in a very punctual and professional manner. Great location down town next to all the amenities in a cool converted warehouse.」

「The pictures on Expedia were not accurate! Once we checked in and went to the room and saw that the room was not clean and the bed was an old concave mattress with springs coming out, we wanted to cancel our reservation and leave. We stayed one night to be nice and looked for another room. Expedia helped but we still need to be reimbursed for the 3 nights we did not stay. The following day we showed up to speak to the manager and saw that the room was rented out. Hopefully they will accommodate...
