「Clean, spacious room. 」

「Staff was super friendly, room was great, they fulfilled all my our (anniversary) requests with professionalism and without hesitation. Only downside was the TV in the living room and we couldnt watch it at bedtime. Other than that it was great! Thats why we keep coming back!」

「So i will say this hotel has a strange layout. The hotel lobby is squished in with the tuscan kitchen restaurant , people coming in restaurant sit around the lobby, so no room for hotel guest to sit by the fire place , Just stayed for one night , and its not great time of year, so cant speak for the amenities, but would of been nice to sit in the lobby by the fire place. Room was ok , bathroom is upscale nice , sheets were horrible, cheap scratchy, that just ruined it for me. 」

「I was under the impression that the continental breakfast came with the room price, I was unpleasantly surprised when I had to pay $50 extra dollars for a breakfast I had already expected to have available to me with the price of the room. That really bothered me. 」

「Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. 」
