"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’m a healthcare traveler and work nights. Most hotels do not allow for or charge large sums for a late checkout to give “night shift” staff the opportunity to get a decent nights “days” sleep. The staff jere were very accommodating, with it being “off season”, to allow for a slightly later checkout and it was very much appreciated. I will definitely be going back if the need arises during my time in the Baraboo/Dells area. To the staff - thanks so much !! "

"The property is undergoing renovations at the moment, so it's not surprising that it's not as tidy as other hotels. However, that didn't present any issues as it was very quiet during the evening and night time, the staff was very pleasant, and the rest of the property was clean/tidy. The breakfast was the normal continental breakfast... pancakes, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bread, cupcakes, cereal, apples and oranges, and yogurt. I unfortunately can't eat 95% of that due to dietary restrictions so I was grateful for the 5% I could eat. That brings said, I really, really, really wish they had more options for those with restricted diets # high fat (keto) or high fiber diets."
