"Room was clean, sink and tub worked properly, easy check in"

"Well I would have gave it 5 stars but on checking in after 11pm the bathroom sink was clogged, and I still dished out over $300 bones. I feel for a resort the rooms should be checked out for functionality on every time someone leaves. "

"Asked for early checkout. Was told it would be $25 for every hr. 😳. This was on a Sunday. Most hotels will offer an extra hour at no cost. Don’t think will be coming back. "

"The beds were ok, but the in-room amenities were antiquated and behind the times. The tvs don't support Google Play or streaming apps. The continental breakfast was also fairly basic, with no meat options at all and fairly mediocre eggs."

"This is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel with an incredible atmosphere and genuinely happy staff. I was in town for a meeting and presentation, and at the last minute, our original meeting space was canceled. The team here stepped in without hesitation and made sure we had a place for our group of 12—no questions asked. That level of service and willingness to help truly stood out. The rooms are clean, smell great, and the entire property has character, history, and a welcoming feel. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommend—this is a place that truly cares about its guests."
