"I’m sorry but the photos they have on their website doesn’t match anything they gave us, these rooms are disgusting, the blankets had cigarette burns in the it was literally sheets they gave us with holes, the bathroom is so outdated and the shower floors were all rotten every time we flushed the toilet it sounded like the whole place is about to explode, water pressure from the shower sucks, the lady at the front desk having a whole conversation as I walk in to check in for a good 20 mins and acted like I was bothering her then finally checked me in and dint even bother giving me any info for WiFi then the next day I had to go to my graduation and there were 2 cop cars one was parked in front of my car so I kindly walked in and asked if they knew where they were because I have to be at my graduation and I have to get out the lady gave me dirty look n her friend who was sitting there actually helped me she said the cops were walking back but then she came back out n helped me get out the parking spot because the cops are actually down the street at the tire store it just hasn’t been the experience I thought I was getting. Wouldn’t recommend if your looking for a nice place to sleep kinda embarrassing because my BF came all the way from Columbus OH to stay at a place like this."
"If you enjoy watching homeless people fight in the parking lot, this is the place for you. If you wish to get acquainted with the local police just so you can get out of your vehicle in the parking lot without being accosted or hurt by said fighting people, please stay here. The staff are rude. The entire trip was nothing short of a nightmare. Moved hotels less than 24 hours later and forfeited money to get away from this place. Avoid like the plague."
"Breakfast is great for the price. I don't like the locks personally. It's very difficult to get in the room as the card doesn't work most of the time."
"It has been awhile since we last stayed in New Haven Hotel. It exceeded our expectations in many aspects, and we would likely come back during our future visits."
