Rooms are fine for a short stay, parking lot amazing, always find a spot close to my room. Swimming pool outrageous my kids love it. Continental breakfast which is included, absolutely totally fine and love the option you can order more dishes at the time (extra cost, price is good). I forgot a red bag with most of my clothing in the room and I’m hoping the staff can keep it safe until my friend pick it up.

Travel Agent was suppose to have booked us a room w/ a kitche ntte, A/C didn't work well! Thot it would b a better safer neighbor hood, we were to scared to drive ! Staff was great & helped move I s to another Tecno hotel on itzaes, which was worse, a/c was not working right & started spitting 1×1 " ice chunks put & making a loud noise, i thot it was going to blow up? We had to be move to 3 diff rooms ,black mold made us sick, we spent 1 week in bed sick ,our whole trip was ruined! Staff was rude to us & made us feel unwelcome! We are looking to seek attorney to get reimbursed for hotel stay! Sue tra usothose roads

Lo único que tienen que mejorar es en sus alimentos a la carta, pedí unas enchiladas suizas y me las trajeron con la tortilla de harina que pareciera que solo la habían calentado en el microondas, el totopo que usan para los chilaquiles es de bolsa del súper muy feos, el club sándwich si lo pides con pollo se convierte en solo un sándwich de pollo porque no le ponen jamón ni tocino.

La actitud de servicio de las chicas de recepción fue muy mala al llegar. Posteriormente pedí que se acercaran a mi habitación porque la tele no funcionaba y nadie pudo darle solución. La única persona que tuvo mejor actitud fue la chica de recepción nocturna.
