The grounds of this hotel are immaculate. The room, the food, the attention to detail and service. We had the best massage at the spa, and the staff went above and beyond the standard of accommodations for everything we needed. Will be staying here anytime we're in Merida!

Beautiful hotel that is luxurious and peaceful. Rooms are great, bed super comfortable, pool area is very relaxing (although doesn’t get much sun) and staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again if ever in Merida.

Love this hotel

We just stayed one night in Merida so we could catch an early flight but loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had drinks in the bar and they were fantastic. The room was stunning as was the entire property. The courtyard and pool area are beautifully landscaped. The main building is elegant and grand. We loved all the pasta tiles throughout and beautifully decorated. We will stay here again.

Newly remodeled property, within the last year. Very clean, comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff is amazing. They went out of their way to recommend local restaurants and make reservations for us. The breakfast provided with our room rate allowed us to order from a menu, and it was delicious! We loved the breakfast so much! We also ate lunch one day at the restaurant and would highly recommend it for any meal. It is nice to have such good food right on the property at a hotel. We plant to return to Kunuk when in Merida.

Excelente atención desde antes de la llegada, la recepcionista Helja fue muy especial . Mérida es una ciudad impresionante, hotel situado en una bonita zona muy cerca del centro histórico, aeropuerto y puede ser utilizado para ir a conocer el bello estado de Yucatán .
