Todo muy bien, solo que al llegar no tenían registro de que ya les había pagado una noche, iban a realizar el cobro de las dos noches, si no le digo lo hubieran realizado. Tendrían que tener los pagos más claros.

Gran ubicación frente al mar. Pero a la habitación le hace falta un espejo de cuerpo entero o tocador. Hace faltan sillas en la habitación. La cafetera del cuarto, no sirve. El control de la tele fallaba y algunas de las toallas estaban deshilachadas.

I found the room very small to fit a King size bed, to the point that we needed to avoid hitting the corner of the bed when entering the room. The mattress was extremely soft so it was a bit uncomfortable. Good air conditioning, the only issue was the bright digital display shining through across the room when you try to sleep. The food was great, I highly recommend the pizza margarita.

Pésimo servicio en la recepción, persona muy mal preparada para contestar las dudas (servicio de playa, early checkin, etc) El servicio de playa (sillas, sombrilla y alimentos) que anuncian es del restaurante y no del hotel, así que ellos no se responsabilizan…. Nosotros tuvimos que sentarnos en toallas en la arena, ya que hasta las 11:30am el restaurante no estaba abierto y no hay nadie que te pueda contestar sobre el tema. Habitación de buen tamaño y cama confortable. Restaurante extremadamente caro…pareciera que estaba em Cancún y no em Progreso. La ciudad está a 45 min de Mérida con carretera super tranquila, a los que puedan recomiendo quedarse en Mérida e ir y volver en el mesmo día, ya que el costo x beneficio de estar en ese hotel realmente no vale !

Buena experiencia
La cama es muy cómoda, la habitación estaba limpia al igual que todo el hotel. Los encovenientes es que no hay elevador para subir equipaje y las chapas de los cuartos aun son con llave necesitan actualizarlo y que sea más práctico para uno como huesped. Si volvería a este hotel.

Relaxing hotel stay
They had their own sunbeds/umbrella at the beach with no extra cost. Nice poolarea, asked to turn off the music blasting throug the speakers, they did no problem. Very expensive resturant, but good food. All the reasturants along the beach have the same prices. Head into town for more reasonable prices. 10 min walk from bus station.

Personnel is fantastic and anttentive although we found a lot of smaller issues, wich in addition made it a bit dissapointing. Dirt found in a couple of drawers. Dirt in the shower floor Safety deposit box broken No bathroom near the pool so you can guess what people might do. I have been arround a lot and this might be the only hotel that holds a large amount on your card as a deposit for "incidentals"! They don't serve breackfast at their restaurant and they charge a mandatory tip included in the restaurant check. The mandatory tip the deposit for incidentals are good enough reasons for not going back as this makes me feel they are not being honest and clear. Even the front desk person was ashamed tho ask for the deposit but owner must be enforcing this.

Lo que no me gustó . Es que tienes que dejar 5 mil de deposito. Los camastros si llevas una agua o una bebida $500 y se las restan a los que pasan y no son del hotel

The location is central to the area, with plenty of restaurants and shops, and the beach access was convenient, right across the street. Street noise and loud music at night was sometimes a problem. The room, on the third floor, with a balcony had a great view of the water and overlooked the pool area on the second floor. No elevator and difficult wide stairs with no hand railing from first to second floor. 2nd to 3rd floor stairs have railing, but dangerous concrete overhang (poor design) can cause head injury on the way up. There were a number of other safety concerns, such as no adequate warning for single steps down or up, and we witnessed several falls as a result. Also, platform bed has sharp corners, jutting out well beyond the mattress, causing injury. Water heater was a problem- no hot water most days, both in the mornings and afternoons. On the positive side, the staff was very nice, the restaurant downstairs was great, though they lost one of their siding curtains during a storm the second day and after that it was too windy to eat there many days. Room was clean and staff came in daily to make the bed. Aside from the above mentioned technical problems, the area felt safe and the people were friendly and helpful.
