Me gustó hospedarme en el hotel, es económico, es lindo y aunque la habitaciones es muy básica es funcional. Está en una gran ubicación. Lo único que yo mejoraría sería el servicio de desayuno, si bien el sabor es rico, solo ofrecen huevos todos los días. En general me gustó mucho

El hotel es bastante cómodo habia un poco de ruido pero tampoco nos incomodó mucho en el baño el lavabo estaba muy pequeño y no había toalla para secar las manos podría mejorar , el desayuno aunque sencillo muy bien podrían agregar un poco de pan y la chica de la recepción súper mega amable ella genial !

El inmueble es antiguo y bonito, la calidez con la que te atiende el personal es invaluable. La habitación muy limpia y el aire acondicionado en excelentes condiciones. Si regreso a Mérida, seguro me vuelvo a hospedar ahí. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Property was clean, the staff by far is the quality of the hotel(except for one young man that was just a little extra and had a sour face) the breakfast was good loved the fact they had fruit I would suggest chocolate milk for kiddos. Parking despite the fact that it wasn’t on the same building I LOVED that it was locked. I booked the family room unfortunately it was on their 3rd floor and it has no elevator. Another downside is the lack of a mini fridge to keep water cold. I appreciate the building being so close to the downtown area!

Sus camas están bastante duras al igual que sus almohadas, el Personal son muy amables y hacen lo posible con lo que tienen, el hotel es colonial pero requiere de mucho más mantenimiento; en definitiva tiene un aérea de oportunidad con el desayuno que incluyen es malísimo y su cocinera tampoco da una cara amable, todos los demás empleados estuvieron muy atentos siempre, el estacionamiento está a unos pasos del hotel pero siempre están pendientes en abrirte el portón.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, pero no tienen planchas y las pedimos y solo tienen unas cuantas las cuales ya estaban prestadas y aún no las devolvían, salimos todos arrugados 🙃. El estacionamiento algo incómodo por que si sales el persona tiene que ir abrirte la reja está enfrente. Lo peor fue el desayuno de fruta fueron tres rebanadas de piña con mini pan dulce, nos dieron a elegir entre omellet o motuleños y pues no estaba tan ricos, café y jugo a libre demanda. Pero

Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación y es una propiedad muy linda. El personal es amable, servicial y excelente en todos los aspectos. No hubo una sola cuestión que no nos solucionaran. Pero, no sé si volvería a hospedarme ahí, se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones, la limpieza no se hace correctamente (solo sacan la basura y cambian las toallas). El desayuno es lo más básico (casi todos los días solo hay huevo). Aunque el personal hizo amena mi estancia, las condiciones en general de la propiedad hacen que no sea la mejor opción.

The location is great,right in the historique center of Merida. There is a parking included in front of the hotel and it is very convenient. The staff is 5 stars and very nice. It is an historique building and very nice looking but few issues for this reason. the rooms are non insonorised and you can hear the people on others rooms or in the pool patio , especially if your room is on the main floor. the matresses are super hard and it can be an issue for some people. The batroom are ok but could be more clean. The breafast is complementary are very basic but enought for europeen style.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel typique et très bien placé dans Mérida. Petit-déjeuner correct : café à volonté, pain, beurre, jus de fruit + choix à commander la veille parmi deux options (œufs brouillés par exemple) Une chambre n'avait pas d'ouverture et l'autre avait juste des persiennes (on entendait les bruits de couloir).
