Far exceeds a 10/10 review Beautiful property, amazing attentive hosts, excellent location that is easy to find. Pet friendly and fully gated/fenced to allow pups to roam safely. So glad we got to experience such amazing hospitality

Beautiful Hacienda with lovely grounds and friendly owner. Pool was great. Room was luxurious and I felt like a Princess for a day. I do recommend bringing plenty of your own water and some food, especially if arriving late and to tiered to go back out and look for some, but if not the owner can order you a rather good pizza from nearby. In any event, treat yourself to a stay here!

Iona and JR are such gracious hosts from the time we arrive until the moment that we leave. The room is comfortable and spacious, the gardens are lush and beautiful and the pool is amazing. The hacienda is gorgeous and the atmosphere is so relaxing, I highly recommend.

Wow !!! I will only have fond memories of my stay here. The grounds are well kept with lush gardens with a lovely pool and even a koi pond. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was delightful. The owners are so gracious and welcoming Hacienda San Pedro Nohpat is an enchanting and relaxing place to stay. It's almost a must to have a car if staying here but if not uber and trici taxis are available to keep you mobile.

Excellent hospitality. We had a lovely and very spacious what I like to call a suite to ourselves. Everything was relaxed, laid back and great. Thank you to our hosts. The one tiny minor thing I would improve is the shower head in our bathroom, it needs to be fixed as it had very little water pressure and water.

The most telaxed we have been since driving into Mexico 5 days ago. Quaint, clean and comfortable with real hot water. The rain shower was awesone. Our hist Iona is tremendous, we hadnt eaten all day and she ordered a pizza for us. Highly recommend this establishment.

Husband was concerned about the neighborhood, but he didn't realize everyone puts bars on their doors and windows in Latin America. Only issue is that GPS takes you to the back instead of the main gate. Very kind and helpful hosts.

A Relaxing Home Away from Home
A nice oasis just outside the hustle-and-bustle of Merida. Once I set the filters for my search criteria the two leading contenders were this place (Hacienda San Pedro Nohpat) vs. the Hampton Inn hotel in Merida. I much rather prefer for spend my money with a local business owner than to throw it at a big international hotel chain. And since I had a car, this was an easy decision. I'm glad I did. Stay here was very peaceful and relaxing. The owner was extremely hospitable and it felt like home. The staff was great, beds comfortable, pool refreshing, ample hot water in the shower and breakfast was quite filling. I would certainly recommend this place to others looking to stay in or around Merida. You won't regret it.

It was amazing place to all passengers I believe! Hotel owner was so friendly and kind to all of us. She makes dinner plan at the nice local restaurant and we really enjoyed these food! Thanks again Ayona, I hope to see you see you again soon!!

Beautiful Property!
We had a wonderful stay! Iona was a great hostess. We arrived late and she helped us get dinner. Her breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and well decorated. We also had our two large dogs that she was very welcoming to. They loved running around the large property. We also loved the pool and other amenities. We look forward to staying there again.

Very clean rooms and free water every day.
Comfortable and homely place. Hosts have been very friendly and caring. Its a pet friendly place, which made it feel more like home with dogs and cats walking around and chilling in the shade.

Quiet retreat
This is a charming property with a refreshing pool, a big garden and great breakfast. It's close to the federal highway so it's easy to get on and off without having to drive into Merida. I would recommend this for a relaxed stay. You can see the owner is taking pride in the history of the property and genuinely cares for not only the guests but the employees.

The setting was beautiful and peaceful, room clean and comfortable. The hacienda is a bit far from central Merida, but it was easy to take the bus or catch a taxi.

Quite a find. Really handy location in village on outskirts of central Merida. Lofty rooms and fabulous gardens. Its certainly original if not a little quirky. For a taste of hacienda days of old it was quite fun. Really enjoyed just wish had a little more time! Certainly the best breakfast we had of all our stays in Yucatan with delicious eggs benedict one morning and great pancakes the next. Thats in addition to the usual fruit plate which is a staple.

Best of both worlds
The Hacienda is a short drive from the city of Merida, but it is like an oasis in a small town. Iona and JR made us feel like family, and were so helpful. The Hacienda is like a luxurious step back in time. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, the grounds are private and delightful, and the food is outstanding; be sure to try Iona's margaritas. We are heading back there soon!

Estancia cómoda en un bonito lugar
Me encanto el hotel era una Hacienda y tienen las instalaciones adecuadas a la época por lo que sientes que viajas en el tiempo, son muy atentos y el lugar es muy tranquilo. La alberca está increíble y tienen muy bonitas áreas verdes.

Llegamos a este lugar por la ubicación principalmente, necesitábamos un hotel a las afueras de Mérida, y en verdad nos sorprendió. El lugar es ideal para descansar, muy tranquilo y con privacidad. La habitación era muy amplia, limpia e iluminada. El desayuno estuvo riquísimo y la atención de la dueña y la familia es excelente, están al pendiente de tus necesidades y se encargan de que tu estadía sea de lo mejor. Excelente para niños. Sin duda volveremos.

Excelente lugar para llegar, esta hermoso y hay mucha paz y tranquilidad, el despertar es con el sonido de aves y no de trafico, y el lugar es 100% pet friendly, si sales y no puedes llevar a tu mascota la dueña revisa que todo este bien que no le falte agua ni alimento, lugar 100% recomendable y sin duda regresaremos

Jolie hacienda, piscine reposante. La propriétaire nous a donné quelques bons conseils mais elle n’est pas très avenante et bavarde... A noter qu’il faut compter une grosse demie-heure en bus pour rejoindre le centre de Mérida qui est difficilement praticable en voiture...

Un cadre idyllique
Une magnifique hacienda avec un jardin très spacieux aménagé avec goût. Une superbe piscine. Du personnel agréable (notamment le monsieur qui surveille les lieux qui a bien fait de nous conseiller de prendre le "camion" sorte d'autobus qu'utilisent les mexicains pour rejoindre Mérida)

Es un buen lugar para ir con tu mascota la atención es buena y el lugar es bonito y el personal es muy amable, pero creo que es muy caro el precio por noche, aunque no tuve mucha opción ya que no casi no hay hoteles en donde acepten mascotas.
