Une tres belle hacienda magnifiquement restauree dans un splendide parc tres bien entretenu. Le restaurant est egalement tres beau, quoique tres grand ce qui le rend peu cosy.

Small “hacienda” in good location for puuc route exploration. Do not confuse with traditional luxury haciendas that were actual working farm fiefdoms! You get the basic necessities. Only had 2 pillows on a king size bed, furniture was nice but room was sparsely decorated. We did not have the down comforter, only a sheet on the bed and extra blanket in closet. Peaceful and quiet, beautiful pool and gardens. Friendly employees, air dried towels, blackout curtains, good food at the hotel restaurant and prices too. Eat under a nice big palapa. I had a great massage by Arley. Would have given higher score if it had a few more amenities like artwork, washcloths….it is designed to look like a hacienda but needs to evolve with a few niceties. Good potential, and good stay for Ticul area overall!

Hotel is nice but not a real hacienda. The cenote is so small. Dinner was a terrible experience, they don't serve you what it say in the menu, portions are really small. Inirdered shrimp and they were raw, sent it back to the kitchen twice . There are nonother options to eat. Hotel is not close to town. Breakfast was OK. Overall experiece was really bad for the price if this hitel

What a wonderful hotel, we had one of our most pleasant stays here during our trip throughout Mexico. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil place. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room was great with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was more than enough for us. Highly recommended to stay here for a couple of days to unwind.

Lindo lugar para visitar cenotes cerca.
Linda hacienda, habitaciones hermosas, ropa de cama limpia, personal muy amable. Alberca linda espaciosa, y espacios muy amplios. Por la mañana hay ruido de los autos que pasan en la carretera junto al hotel. Sin embargo el servicio y amabilidad de la gente lo vale. La comida es buena, no espectacular. El pastel de zanahoria mejor quítenlo de la carta, es malo y no le hace justicia al lugar.

Overall a very nice place. Good food at a good price. Quiet and great service and the pool water was surprisingly cold. Nice after a 38 degrees day. Highly recommend.

Excentré du village, cet hébergement se trouve dans un cadre magnifique. Les photos ne sont pas trompeuses. Nous avons été accueillis avec un verre d’Aqua fresca. Très rafraîchissant vu la chaleur. Grande chambre magnifique. Piscine fort agréable, possibilité de jouer au tennis. Grande propreté tant de la chambre que des tables sur lesquelles on mange. Nous suggérons que le service soit plus avenant. Loin d’être désagréable, il pourrait toutefois être plus souriant. Ceci dit, le service était présent. Une petite mésaventure est venu troubler notre séjour: une coquerelle (blatte) de 6 cm dans notre chambre. Sans doute est-elle arrivée par la canalisation de la baignoire. Nous avons pu nous en débarrasser et nous avons mis le bouchon de la baignoire. Il n’y en a pas eu d’autres. Nous avons voyagé dans différents pays et nous en avons parfois vu. Mais c’est vraiment désagréable même si ce n’est pas grave en soi. La restauration ne rejoint aucunement la qualité et la beauté du lieu. N’y prendre que le petit déjeuner puisqu’il est inclus. Mais mange-y-on mieux au village?
