The staff at this hotel was phenomenal. It was my birthday and they went to great lengths to make sure that I celebrated happily. They helped with every problem that we encountered in the town, and they arranged our travel tours for us. I strongly recommend this hotel and especially gabriel and jorge, who were wonderful to us

Very modern hotel. Very well located. Easy park. Friendly staff and very clean. The only thing is that the breakfast doesn’t match the quality of the hotel, but it is still tasty.

Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Lovely decor and quiet and beautiful grounds made you feel like your were staying in a more remote resort when you are in the middle of downtown. Room service didn’t come through with our morning coffee, but we chalked that up to bad communication. Would stay here again when looking for a place in Centro Mérida.

We just spent 8 nights here. It is very well located, right across from the square and about four blocks from plaza grande. The rooms are big, the pool was great, and the staff were wonderful!
