"Breakfast was a plus, we want to say the man in charge of having breakfast ready was very attentive, making sure everything was full, ready to eat. There is another male who was rude with people, when the coffee machine wasn’t working he responded in a rude way! Gray polo uniform, skinny guy, not very tall, young. Besides that, everything was good. Housekeeping were on track, cleaning and having all room amenities available."

"Best greeter ever in the lobby. Jack was very friendly, immediately came to attention. Walked right up to us and expected pets and loved belly rubs! (Just to be clear, Jack is a very adorable cat). Human staff was very nice as well, was only an overnight stay but it met expectations for an impromptu trip. Room was clean and was properly serviced, bed was comfortable. Didn't have a chance to dip in the pool but it looked well maintained."

"This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, it is conviently located to quick restaurants, the park, and downtown. The amenities were nice to use. Overall, I highly reccommend. Washer...
