"They were repainting the entire exterior of the hotel and it was a bit loud and slightly inconvenient. The room was clean enough but the carpet could definitely use replacement. Staff was super friendly and helpful."

"I booked this hotel as it was the closest one to my destination that had decent ratings. It did not disappoint. The room was clean, spacious and professionally decorated. Check in was quick and painless. Bathroom was clean and contained all the attributes one might expect. The hotel sits adjacent to Ohio Northern’s campus which provided a site for a lovely morning walk. The only complaint would be that there was virtually no fast breakfast options at or near the hotel except for McDonald’s."
"The room here at the hotel is so comfortable. The bed is perfect. I feel very safe and well cared for. The front desk staff, Kim, has been so kind and helpful. She's very friendly and welcoming. Two other housekeeping staff went out of their ways to help me out as I was checking in. I really appreciated the assistance from all."
