The room was small, walls are thin and can hear talking in adjoining rooms. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. The breakfast available was not great. Large gaps at the bottom of the doors which makes hall noise more noticeable.

They definitely need to update the plumbing. I don’t know if they have a water softener but the water was brown until you let it run a bit. The shower was little more than a trickle. It definitely needs fixed!!!

Staying here was very affordable. It was clean and quiet. My only problem with this hotel was it did not have hot water in the shower. The sink water got hot but the shower did not.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. Room very smal but sufficient. Breakfast awful, nothing hardly there. Coffee and water cold no one plugged them in and waffle maker didn’t completely cook. I guess it was cheap so that is what you got.

Better signage for main entrance would be helpful, as well as increased lighting in the parking lot. There was a door facing the street, and it is not the main entrance. The main entrance is on the side of the building, at least half way back the parking lot, without easily visible signage. The mirror in the room was filthy, very streaky. The only staff member I saw checked me in around 8pm, and was still there, in the same clothes, mopping the floor in the breakfast dining area as breakfast was starting at 6am. He then proceeded to sit in the lounge area inside the front entrance.

For breakfast your hotel serve us expired bread, egg was so untasty. From juicer when i press apple juice, the water came out from the machine, while ask answer was not satisfactory, says we ordered for juice it will come on next day. Breakfast desk was so unorganized. Several Quality Inn i stayed in several places but never got this kind of experience.I will never stay in Quality Inn. Also let all my friends and family knows that do not stay at Quality Inn, Grove city.

It’s fine if you need to crash for the night. I read reviews from two months ago about overflowing trash cans outside so I couldn’t help but notice that they’re STILL overflowing. Check in was easy. The room was pretty up to date. Their “queen size” bed is definitely just a full size. The towels and pillow cases were yellowed. Plenty of other options in the area, but for the price you get what you pay for.

The staff were very accomodating when I had an issue at check-in. They helped us out and made our stay much more enjoyable. Only recommendation I would have for this hotel is please upgrade the toilet paper, it was really not good. It's a small but important item

My room was right next to the office - looks like the staff's bedroom is also connected to the office: unable to sleep. Lots of noises. Shutting the door, and lots of other noises keep waking me up. I stayed there for good sleep in between my long drive and the purpose was defeated. Other than this noise issue, the property is good.

We stayed at this location for one night with the breakfast included option. Parking was free which was great, there were only 4 cars that night in the lot. Nobody at front desk to check us in until a "living-in employee" came out to ring the desk bell and walked away, for someone else to come out of the back room. We were only the second car at this point, and they gave us the room right next door to the office, where we could hear much going on in the morning. The food was awful, and I mean not edible in any way. The juice machine was out of order, and they had a bowl of green bananas out. In the room, the shower curtain was disgusting, the lights didn't all work, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We would never stay here again.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was terrible,no milk for cereal eggs were burned. No juice. Hair dryer in our room didn't work.

Didn't like anything, management allowed and was apart of an loud and noisy party across the hall from my room. Ended up checking out at midnight and drove 3 hours home. Will never stay there again and will not recommend it.

Budget hotel with budget accomodations
The accomodations are about what you'd expect for a budget hotel. A little run-down, but relatively clean. The staff isn't dressed professionally and isn't too attentive. For just an overnight stay, it's okay, but skip the breakfast and try one of the local spots instead.
