Very new and fresh hotel. Quiet location by a river but only 3 minute walk from the town. Good parking options. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable bed.

Flot hotel med super placering

Flot og rummeligt værelse. En dejlig morgenmad, hvor udvalget var så stort, at det var svært at vælge. Bestemt et dejligt hotel. Nåede ikke at benytte wellness afdelingen, men der var Sauna og Fitness, som så flot ud. Hotellet ligger flot ved sammenløbet af floden Ems og Ems kanalen.

Top Hotel citynah - unübertroffenes Frühstück

Vom Checkin bis zum Checkout war alles hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind modern haben ein gutes Lichtkonzept, bequeme Betten ansprechendes Bad mit guter Ausstattung. Wir haben wie gewünscht, ein Balkon Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk erhalten und hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss. Selten haben wir so ein gutes Frühstück gesehen mit einer umfangreichen Auswahl, wo auf alle Bedürfnisse Rücksicht genommen wird, vegan glutenfrei und so weiter. Das Servicepersonal war rundherum freundlich, alle sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Eine gewünschte Überraschung für den Geburtstag meines Mannes wurde sehr nett umgesetzt. Das Restaurant hat eine hochwertige ansprechende Küche. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag unserseits: die Balkontüren lassen sich aufgrund der hochwertigen Ausführung sehr schlecht schließen. Ein Griffolive außen wäre wünschenswert, damit beim Rauchen der Qualm nicht ins Zimmer zieht. Wir können das Hotel 100 % weiter empfehlen, insbesondere durch die gute Lage stadtnah und direkt am Emsradweg. Für die Fahrräder ist in der Tiefgarage ausreichend Platz vorhanden, so dass sie sicher und trocken stehen inklusive kostenlose Auflademöglichkeit.
