Wow, wir sind Vielreisende und sowas ist uns noch nie widerfahren. Wir raten definitiv von diesem "Hotel" ab! Den Namen hat es nicht verdient, denn der Empfang war um 14 Uhr unbesetzt, ebenso beim Checkout um 10 Uhr. Nachdem dann irgendwann ein Mitarbeiter am Anreisetag eintraf und uns erstmal sagte, dass wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten kommen, fand dieser weder unsere Buchung, noch wusste er ob wir bereits gezahlt hatten. Von dem telefonisch bestätigten Rollstuhlzimmer wusste er nicht. Solch ein Zimmer gäbe es nicht. Zitat Hotelwebsite: Für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität stehen zwei ausgestattete Zimmer bereit. Öffnungszeiten Rezeption Montag - Sonntag 06.30 Uhr – 22.00 Uhr Ich schilderte ihm das Problem des viel zu engen Zimmer mit 9!!! Möbelstücken in einem winzigen Raum und dem nicht nutzbaren Badezimmer. Es interessierte ihn nicht wirklich, denn er bot uns weder ein anderes Zimmer an, noch schaffte er es uns irgendeinen Stuhl zu organisieren, der zum Duschen nutzbar ist. Um 17 Uhr wollten wir gerne noch fragen, wie wir Nachts zurück ins Hotel kommen, doch auch da war wiedermal niemand da. So respektlos, hilflos alleine gelassen wurden wir noch nie! Die muffigen Gänge und das durch gelegene Bed wurden da sogar zur Nebensache.

NIE WIEDER! Sehr schlechtes Personal, welches fast nie vor Ort anwesend war und auch keine Auskunft zum Restaurant/Bar (Frühstück) und Check-out geben konnte. Wir standen beim Check-out vor einer leeren Reception und bei Nachfrage hiess es, dass wir noch bis 14:00 Uhr warten müssen (Check-out gemäss Info-Mail und Infobroschüre im Zimmer 11:00 Uhr). Ebenfalls wusste er auch nicht Bescheid, ob das Zimmer (inkl. oder exkl. Frühstück) bereits bezahlt wurde. Ein Päärchen, welches bereits den vollen Preis inkl. Frühstück bezahlt hat, hatte das selbe Problem. Von einer Problemlösung keine Spur...

À l’arrivée, surpris de ne pas pouvoir manger, restaurant fermé sans aucune information. Impossible de faire marcher la climatisation, ni les stores. Pas de petit déjeuner et personne à l’accueil le matin. Matelas très mous.

Consigliato!

Stanza bellissima e spaziosa con vista su Menziken e le vicine colline. Il letto era comodissimo e non avrei voluto alzarmi la mattina successiva. Le uniche due note negative sono l’assenza di attacchi usb in camera e l’assenza di una reception 24 ore. La mattina al momento del checkout non c’era nessuno se non un cartello che avvisava gli ospiti di chiamare un numero di telefono in caso di emergenze. Escludendo queste sciocchezze non posso che consigliare questo Hotel

Ins Hotels anstatt beim Grossmami übernachten

Aufgrund der Covid-Situation sehr wenig Gäste wahrscheinlich und die Skybar/Restaurant war noch geschlossen. Das Ganze wurde mit sehr zuvorkommendem Service und einem Upgrade ins Familienzimmer ohne weiteres wett gemacht. Gerne wieder!

Gutes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt

Leider schliesst die Lounge Bar Abends bereits früh. Da wird um 23:00 Uhr bereits nach der letzen Runde gefragt. Ist für eine Hotelbar in solch einem Hotel beschämend.

+ Sauberkeit und Aussicht = top - eiskalte Heizkörper und gekipptes Fenster bei Ankunft. Dem Personal (Rezeption) zufolge sollten wir schauen wie wir das Zimmer warm bekommen. War nicht möglich, da kein Thermostat vorhanden war. Nach etwa 45 Minuten im eiskalten Zimmer wartend und nach mehreren Telefonaten wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt. Das Zimmer selbst war unglaublich klein, Hosen, Hemden, Blusen, Kleid mussten mangels Aufhängemöglichkeit im Koffer bleiben. Die einzigen 2 Kleiderbügel wurden für die beiden Daunenjacken benötigt, man quetschte sie in einen 25 cm breiten Spalt. Das Badezimmer ist für 2 Personen eindeutig zu klein und auch zu dunkel. Schminken und rasieren ist hier Glücksache. Schade!

Magnifique suite junior.

La chambre suite junior était bien décorée, le lit confortable, la salle de bains magnifique et les produits de douche proposés sentaient bons. Par contre les fenêtres ne sont pas du triple vitrages du coup nous entendons la route pas moyen de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. La vue sur la ville depuis le 10eme étage était magnifique.

Die Damen an der Réception sind sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Nach scheuem Fragen, erhielt ich sofort ein Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. In der ersten Nacht tickte die ausgeschaltete Klimaanlage und ich erhielt ein neues Zimmer und habe wunderbar geschlafen. Die Fenster sind gut, es ist sehr ruhig. Scheinbar war an diesem Wochenende viel zu wenig Personal da, eine Dame der Réception war überall am aushelfen. Leider waren Korridore und Lift (deshalb?) schmutzig. Die flauschige Decke und Kissen finde ich unhygienisch. Die Aussicht Richtung Pilatus und rundherum dank dem hohen Stockwerk, ist wunderschön. Ich war für Familienbesuche da und genoss immer wieder die Fahrten über die Hügel zurück nach Menziken.
