「We visited Cuitadella for a festival and chose this hotel as we felt it would be well located to pop back and forth to the activities, which it was. We booked the suite on the top floor as this also had a small outside space. We appreciated we were in the eaves of the roof and there would be compromises when maneuvering around the room, but it was a little frustrating at times and almost impossible not to catch your head when making drinks and accessing storage. 「Having stayed at a different Barcelo this one was below par. Complained about tv signal on night 1 and nothing done to rectify for 25 hours, even then it didn't work again the entire time. Complained a 2nd time and still nothing done. Staff were not very helpful. Air-conditioning not working in gym. Disappointed in this compared to our previous stay in lanzarote which was outstanding」
