「On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future.」

「We visited Cuitadella for a festival and chose this hotel as we felt it would be well located to pop back and forth to the activities, which it was. We booked the suite on the top floor as this also had a small outside space.
