Svensson Family Roadtrip

We stayed one night here during our roadtrip through Italy and Switzerland. A very nice family hotel with modern rooms, great beds and breakfast. Nice, friendly and service-minded staff.

Never again....

The hotel was clean and the room was decent. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with almost non existent pillows as they were so thin and the cover for the bed was for a single person. Worst night sleep of our lives.... The woman who 'served' us breakfast was so unfriendly and even rolled her eyes and sighed at me when I asked for a second cup of coffee after I finally found her round the reception area and not in the breakfast area. The breakfast was adequate. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly would never stay there again.

The reception was friendly, but no English communication was difficult. ö They didn't have a space to leave the suitcases. There was no evevator and it was difficult to carry the big suitcases that we carry for business meetings. There was no restourant. There were many food pics on the web page, but we couldnt find anything in the hotel to eat as dinner. The hairdryer was not working properly and fire alarm set up in the middle of the night, police came...

This is the first time I am not satisfied with a hotel that I have booked from HHotels.com.Hotel personnell was not polite, especially the lady working at breakfast service is so rude. She is aggressive and shouting to guests. There was no kettle in the room. I have requested to fill my thermos with hot water , lady was rude to me. My observation is , her behavior was rude to all guests. Of course I will never stay in this hotel again.

Schlechte Erfahrung, nie wieder

Einfach nicht empfehlenswert! Bad ist sehr altmodisch, Badewanne mit dem schrägen Dach katastrophal! Ich musste mich hinknien, um überhaupt duschen zu können. Parkplätze sind CHF 10 exkl. (geht aber noch)! Frühstück ist einfach sehr gering, wenig Auswahl und alles schon fix fertig, nichts frisches. Auch das Kaffee wird nicht angeboten, sondern alles voll automatisiert! Die Dame war die Rezeptionistin, die Serviceangestellte und die Putzfrau (ein Mädchen für alles). Wir wurden am 1. Tag von einer netten Rezeptionistin empfangen, da hiess es, dass Zimmer sei noch nicht parat, aber sie bat uns zumindest noch etwas zu trinken an. Für 1 Durchfahrt ist ok und das gute ist, Fox Town (Outlet) ist gleich in der Nähe, auch Lugano ist etwa 20 Autominuten entfernt. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht!

Hotel discreto, stanza piccola ma dall‘aspetto rinnovato e nuovo. Quello che è stato pessimo è stata la Direzione dell’hotel: avevo chiesto se la stanza fosse libera per una notte aggiuntiva e mi è stato risposto di sí e che mi avrebbero fatto la stessa tariffa. La mattina seguente, durante il checkout mi è stato comunicato dalla receptionist che aveva fatto un errore nel comunicarmi la tariffa, e molto mortificata ha provato a far di tutto per rimediare all’errore (ringrazio Sara per la sua gentilezza). Quello che secondo me è grave è la direzione della struttura che vuole ribaltare sul cliente un errore fatto da parte dello staff. Con l’hotel quasi vuoto e la stanza libera che sarebbe rimasta invenduta, trovo assurdo che venga fatto pagare al cliente un loro errore di gestione, fermo restando che non mi sarei fermato una notte aggiuntiva conoscendo il reale prezzo della stanza e avrebbero persona un cliente e una notte pagata (prezzo pagato in struttura anche più alto rispetto a tutti i portali di prenotazione online). Dopo diverse mie insistenze mi hanno concesso solo uno sconto di 13 franchi.

Fikk et veldig fint rom med balkong. Hyggelig personale og generelt god standard. Enkel men veldig god frokost. Knallhard seng og aircondition som tilsynelatende var satt begrensning på trekker litt ned. Alt i alt et godt opphold i fine omgivelser.

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend presso questa struttura, personale gentile e accogliente, ottima la pulizia degli ambienti, e ricca la colazione offerta, una nota particolare per lo spremitire di arance fresche in occasione della prima colazione. Struttura non dotata di ascensore e il check-in alle ore 16 ci è apparso molto tardivo. Nel complesso un ottima struttura.
