「Overall, the environment and room are ok, but the communication is not so great, they don't have reception so you have to send your ID/Passport information ahead. Sent an email 2 weeks prior my visit and no reply, had to call them to confirm and they did confirmed. But before the checking day they sent another msg said the identity information was not yet be given and I might not able to check in...had asked my Italian friend to call again to confirm. 「There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant...
