「Received a wonderful welcome when checking in. The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was basic but very much appreciated. I especially enjoyed the view in the outdoor setting area while eating my breakfast and the communal fridge where you can store drinks and food. The location was ideal but the walk up the hill will test some less mobile people. Great value for money.」

「The property was a unique, family run B&B. 「This property is ran/owned by a young couple. The room and bathroom were spacious and quite nice. Very clean as well. It looks as a place they are still working on. Specially the outer part of the house. The hosts were very kind and nice. I recommend them for your stay. 」

「Absolutely loved this apartment. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine because it has a lift. Our apartment overlooked the pool. The apartment was very modern, very clean and very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. Breakfast was lovely with many choices to be had and the staff were all very welcoming. Highly recommend.」

「This apartment was perfect for our three-night stay. It is in an amazing location right beside the beautiful Duomo, very handy to excellent shopping and just a couple of blocks’ walk from the lake front, ticket office, ferries and funicular. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a spacious, separate double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for a third person. It is on the 3rd/4th floor (so try not to bring too much heavy luggage!)...

「I stayed from 15th to 21st September in this SoloSonno hotel. Owner and other staffs were very kind. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The hotel place was very convenient to go to University and the city centre. I can recommend this hotel stay to many people. If I will come to Polimi Uni Lecco campus to perform the collaboration research, I will stay at this hotel. Thank you!」

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
