「Without a doubt, this was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. The photos and description on the Expedia listing do not match what is actually provided. The biggest issue was the staff. They were unprofessional, rude, and had a dismissive attitude throughout our stay. Instead of trying to help, they made us feel like we were bothering them, even though we were paying guests. The apartment had a strong gas smell at all times. When we reported it, the staff simply said it was “normal”...

「This is a jewel of a hotel. Probably one of the most beautiful and comfortable in which I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are spectacular. We had a private sauna, steam shower and hot tub, along with a bedroom and sitting area. The hosts are charming and the food delicious.」

「Everything was excellent! They gave us a tasty bottle of white wine! Location was excellent too! The only minor detail was that the TV was kind of on the way and I bumped into it a couple of times making it a bit of a hazard. I’d consider moving it. Other than that everything was excellent!」
