Independent Mendoza Wine Region hotels

"Pros - An amazing bed, queen size. Very comfortable. Cons - My room was very cold. I was booked for 2 nights, complained the first day 3 times that there was no heat. They did manage to turn it on but just for 2 hours. Heat is controlled at the front desk. I complained again the second day as the room was so cold, that time they managed to turn it on and it stayed on. I have never been in a hotel that you would freeze in. During the day I had to go the park to sit in the sun to warm up. Each room has a thermostat but it was locked so you were not allowed to turn it on or adjust the temperature. It had to be done at the box at the front desk Last point, the room was lovely but there was some black mold around the tap end of the shower. Not acceptable."

"We stayed here on our honeymoon. The rooms were large, lovely and clean. The location was really good in Mendoza and the breakfast was great. The staff were amazing, super helpful and looked after you. "

"Rooms were very nice, the staff was courteous, but I felt there were not enough staff during breakfast. Food was very good, and the wine fountain was great! We spent the afternoon at the terrace which was delightful, and the bartender there was excellent."
