The customer service is amazing! We asked for several exceptions while staying here for three nights and all were granted. They allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out, they printed off bus tickets for us, they allowed us to check in outside of regular hours. The garden and pool area are super cute. The rooms are spacious. The hostel itself is in a good location, safe and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely recommend!

Water all over floor of bathroom. They do not speak English, no towels or blankets in the room. No hot water! Very old and dirty. A man came knocking on our door wanting to be let in..... don’t know what that was about. There is no breakfast! And the pool is more like a fountain pond, not big enough to swim in. Very disappointing.

Bad surroundings, just about no service. Main bedroom with no air conditioning on a very hot city. Scarce toileteries, extremely hard beds. Poor quality all around. First bad experience with hotels.com. Does not deserve to be part of your offer.

Muy bueno pero a prestar atención!

Todo muy bien los servicios, la atención muy buena!! Pero tengan cuidado cuando sacan noches por la aplicación, ya que cuando pagan les dicen que está todo pago (tasas e impuestos) y cuando llegan al lugar dicen que no es asi y quieren cobrar las tasas e impuestos, que según la aplicación esta todo pago y es precio final

Excelente ubicación para llegar caminando al centro y lugares para comer bien. La atención en recepción fue extremadamente amena, sólo el servicio de aseo no concurrió cuando lo solicitamos. En general, muy buen lugar.

Everything is good except the WIFI connection

The room are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Good location, close to centro and Supermarket Carrefour. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge, which are very useful. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing is the WIFI connection is almost zero.

Good Accomodation

Stayed 3 nights, it was very hot, aircon in bedroom and fan in lounge/ kitchen was welcome. Small balcony so doors could be opened for fresh air. Nice, simple breakfast comprising of toast, cereal, pastries, cake, cheese and ham slices, with tea coffee & juice. Host very welcoming.

The apartment is in a central area and had nice service. There was a small pull and a nice central courtyard. The rooms were very dated but had a kitchen and were cleaned daily. My only complaint is there were dogs barking for hours next door and in the early morning and evening.

Bom hotel próximo ao centro de Mendoza.

O quarto tem um bom espaço, com uma pequena sala e cozinha. O quarto ainda conta com frigobar, microondas e um pequeno fogão, possibilitando fazer pequenas refeições tipo café da manha, já que não é disponibilizado pelo hotel.

O apartamento possui excelente localização. O apartamento possuía apenas um quarto e as camas de solteiro ficavam junto da cozinha. De qualquer forma apresentava boa limpeza, o staff muito solícito e atencioso! Ótimo custo x benefício! Próximo a supermercados e bons restaurantes!

Atención personalizada y muy atenta que compensa la falta de mantenimiento de ciertos detalles de las habitaciones. Muy céntrico pero en zona tranquila. Dispone de estacionamiento externo económico. Válido si quieres conocer la ciudad y los alrededores.

Nice, safe family hotel

We enjoyed our 8 night stay. Although our room was basic, it was fine for our needs (cable TV, air conditioner, comfortable beds, secure). The apartments are great for families (you cannot enter or exit the complex without a key). There is also a small well maintained pool which our kids loved (it was very hot in Mendoza during our stay in February).
