Awful hotel

Extremely disappointed that this hotel is advertised on hotels.com It was in appalling condition and we felt very uncomfortable staying there. The hotel and room was extremely dirty with hairs in the bathroom that were not ours. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. There were bars on the window. One was broken and made a rattling noise constantly. I would like someone to get in touch as I feel we should get a refund or partial refund.

Don’t bother

I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was dire circumstances. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but everything else about the accommodations was lacking. The big guy at the front desk at check in was very rude, swearing in Spanish about a nothing problem of not having the WiFi password at the desk for me when I asked. I had to park my car a good 3 blocks away in a garage. I had to pesos for the parking pass & return the pass in the morning to get my money back. I don’t know if breakfast was included or not, I wasn’t going to try it either way. I should’ve done an Airbnb, but it was already getting late when I checked in. They also had a different name on the hotel than what is advertised here.

No es lo que te venden .. no fue la habitacion que alquile .. la pedi con balcon o eso es lo que me vendieron y dios mio gracias a dios no me quede en este lugar.. con decir que ni la puerta del baño cierra .. tengo fotos de la habitacion que a la me enviaron .. mas de 5 dolares no vale .. no recomendale... con decir que ni agua para beber tienen .. malo ..

El servicio fue pésimo, además de cobrarme mucho más de lo que decía en página había cucarachas en el baño y el primer día no me dieron ni toallas ni tu tve servicio de xuarto. Así mismo me dijeron que cobraban más por el IVA le pedí la factura y nunca me la hicieron chantas totales

El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación. Y bueno por la relación precio/calidad . Pero hay muchas cosas para mejorar. Pedimos que nos llamen ( por las dudas)para realizar una excursión a las 6.45 hs ....y se olvidaron! . La comida es mala... pedimos una milanesa y era lo más dura que se puedan imaginar. El desayuno , pobre pero aceptable. Tuvimos la suerte de poder elegir la habitación, sino anulabamos. La primera que nos ofrecieron era fea. La que nos dieron era amplia, buen baño, con agua bien caliente y wifi. Tampoco nos querían aceptar el pago con la tarjeta con la cual hicimos la reserva. Gracias a la predisposición del conserje quedó solucionado.
