"My experience at the restaurant during breakfast was disappointing because the hostess or manager did not give us a warm welcome. She didn’t even greet us and seemed very unfriendly. The rest of the staff was very kind and attentive. I don’t remember her name, but someone without hospitality experience should not be in that position, especially at a hotel of that level."

"Nice hotel on the water. Staff was very helpful. Comfortable bed, full breakfast. There was no hot water in the shower which is probably not an issue during the warmer season. Not a super convenient location. About 2 miles to the marina or shopping areas."

"Michael is a great host. He welcomed us to his home very warmly like we were his family. He provided us excellent directions and touring options. Breakfast was fabulous. Next day when we had to leave here even packed us a very nourishing wonderful breakfast. Staying with Michael is a must when you visit Cusco"

"Yes, enjoyed the simple but filling breakfast; Andrina & husband nice hospitable, appreciate their help & warm welcome. Hotel had a power outage overnight so we were scrambling for light to prep for our early tour; luckily we had flashlight, and service back by 6am"

"El hotel es precioso, bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Nos quedamos en una habitación al lado de la piscina. El plan del hotel a Islas Ballestas es inmejorable: muy bien organizado, el guía muy conocedor y amable y es en una lancha privada del hotel muy cómoda. La conserje nos ayudó con el plan de los buggies que no fue en Ica sino en un desierto muy cerca del hotel en el que teníamos los buggies asignados solo para nuestro grupo y unos guías muy atentos. La comida en el restaurante del hotel deliciosa y variada. A última hora nos enteramos que había una cafetería adicional donde se podía ordenar pizza y no la pudimos disfrutar."

"Si pudiera le pondría 0 estrellas. Para empezar el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación que nos asignaron, que fue la habitación 1. Habían manchas de sangre como de mosquito por toda la habitación, paredes, techo, cortina, incluso la almohada. También estaba lleno de mosquitos que no dejaron dormir nada en la noche además del calor por la falta de aire acondicionado y no se podía abrir el balcón porque si no entraban los mosquitos, bajamos a pedir ayuda o cambio de habitación y no había nadie en recepción ni ningún trabajador. Al día siguiente no había ningún trabajador en recepción para dar la queja ni devolver la llave, la señora de limpieza fue la que ayudó con eso. Falta añadir que las toallas tenían manchas y se veían viejas. En conclusión es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado y además súper caro. NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ."
