「Wie immer war unser Aufenthalt fantastisch im Maloja Palace. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist phaenomenal. Jederzeit hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich. Das Hotel ansich ist schon eine Reise wert. Jeder Aufenthalt ist eine Zeitreise in eine Epoche des Tourismus Anfang des letzten Jahrhunderts. The lock in the frontdoor did not function well because something was broken. We locked ourselves in or could not open it anymore from the outside. So we had to leave it open all the time.
