The room was great, laid out and outfitted very nicely. Our issue was with the fact that there were other guests partying then arguing until 4:00 in the morning. When we got there and checked in as well as when we returned from dinner, there was a security guard, but he was nowhere to be found later in the night when he was needed.

OMG this place was a dream! Already looking to book again with friends and family. Clean, spacious, and very secure. We booked the penthouse with 6br/5ba and had more than enough space for all of us with two large living areas. Noise from other guest wasn’t an issue and we parked right outside the front on the street with no problems! Didn’t use pool/hot tube but would definitely consider in the summer months, the courthouse area looked so cute!!

Our family loved our stay at The Rambler! Such a unique, modern loft vibe. The place was easy to access even though we arrived late at night and was perfectly clean. We only wish we could’ve stayed more than one night and had a chance to experience the pool/hottub area!

Staff was great! Very attentive and informative with everything you needed to know from checking in and out to making sure your stay was going well. They had a very quick in response to any of your concerns or needs. The room came with a cheat sheet on how to operate anything in the room and around the property also contained all contact information. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities needed for an extended stay. Fully stocked with soap of all kinds (body, hair, hand and dish soap) and plenty of towels. The coffee was not your average hotel room coffee and was really enjoyable (in my opinion). Very minor downfall was being able to hear the noise very clear in connecting rooms. if you are looking for a very quiet place to stay, this is not the spot for you. There is no front desk and parking is at your own risk. We were able to park right in front of the property street side or right across the street with no issues. Overall, I give the rambler a two thumbs up and would definitely stay again.

Loved the layout of the room! Made me wish it was my actual living space. This part was top notch. Made me not think too hard about no closet or dresser to put my clothes in. The location is central to most Memphis staples, very walkable. Excellent quiet spot to retreat to during the week, but things ramped up on Friday and made sleeping challenging. V. Loud neighbors and the din of Friday Night in Memphis proves why there is a noise machine in this cavernous room. Light sleepers beware! Otherwise, loved the 'toichless' approach to check in/out, staff is very responsive through text. Would stay again for pleasure. A great set-and-forget stay for those on the go.

Everything in the property was great. The rambler just isnt close to markets or mini stores. Everything is 15 - 20min walk or 4-10 min in a lyft/ uber depending where u wanna go.
Beale st about a 10 min walk
20 min from southland casino in Arkansas
2 min walk to lorraine hotel museum
20 min drive to Dale's resturant in MS

Nice property with some major concerns

There were some positives. The location is good and the apartment was great for the price. My first concern with The Rambler stems from there being no onsite employees. There was a group that had multiple rooms on my floor who were loud in their rooms and shared spaces. When I contacted The Rambler there was nothing they could do other than send a mildly worded text to all guests. Useless. When I asked the group to keep it down, one of them threatened violence. The Rambler's response was to suggest calling 911. At no point did they inquire who the other guests were or offer me another room. The other concern I have is that your pin for the doors to the hotel and your room is just the last four digits of your phone number. Anyone with the knowledge of a guest's phone number can access the property. With there being only ~20 rooms, they have a good chance of finding the room. I did a quick experiment to see if I could find someone checked in on social media and find a phone number for them. It took about three minutes. For the love of god, please issue random PINs and don't use easily discoverable information Lastly, amenities at The Rambler were poorly described on their site. I was in the middle of a long trip and needed to do laundry. I found a local laundromat but upon return to the hotel I saw a sign for the laundry room. It would have been nice to be able to learn of that amenity without having to randomly come across a sign
