Convenient location, courteous staff, good food. Facility itself is a tad worn but comfortably bed, clean room and decent amenities. Bring your own shampoo and body wash but overall good experience. Staff was outstanding.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, however the noise level from outside revelers made sleeping difficult until the wee hours of the morning. Additionally, the toilet seat was very low, even for a short person. Finally, the tub had a slow drain.

Only thing I had a problem with was the walk in shower was nasty but we did have tub with shower and my friend can get in/out. Are room door we have to push the door open because it get stuck. They did offer use another room but I didn’t want to move, everything else was fine. I would stay again

This is an excellent location for anything you may want to do in downtown Memphis. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful. Valet was quick and easy. We only spent one night and noticed later in the evening, the lobby had a few people who seemed to be friends of the staff just hanging around. They weren't bothering anyone, but it was a bit odd. Other than that, it was a wonderful, quick stay

The stay was good but the staffs are not polite. Tap water isn’t drinkable at this property. A few staff offered me free water bottles and a few mentioned i have to a silver or gold member to get water bottles? I think a few front desk receptionists were just rude.
