「Parking was very safe. While the breakfast was nicely presented, the food didn't taste very good. My expectations were not high but I was unable to finish my biscuits and gravy. The eggs were also not good. The sausage links were the only item I could eat.」

「The room reaked of cigarette smoke, it was sketchy, dirty and the chair that was in the room looked like something out of a crack house. There was an old couch in the corridor. We didn't stay and are waiting for a full refund」

「Faucet was broken and the water that came in the sink was burning and unbearably hot. The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad. There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting. Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city」

「I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best」

「The hotel staff was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The only downside was that the room was missing a few basic amenities. There were no complimentary bottles of drinking water, and there was no body wash provided in the shower. 「The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, but don’t look like the pictures on the site. It was ok just to have a place to come and sleep for the price and that I could bring my small dog. There wasn’t a pool, which is listed as an amenity. If there was a free breakfast I wasn’t ever aware of it. The beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay here again.」
