「Clean hotel」

「First of all, I specifically booked this room at $280 per night because the Expedia listing advertised an off-leash dog area. The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. That ended up being completely misleading. Another reason we booked was because the hotel stated the restaurant was open until 11 PM. However, when we arrived, they were only serving drinks and no food,...

「The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S. 」

「Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.」

「Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!」

「I arrived around 10pm, the room that was given to me was dirty. The comforter appear to have cigarette burns, sheets had stains, there was a small dot of blood on one of the sheets due to the small size I would think it was probably from a bed bug, the blood stain was fairly small and round. very old fashion room. carper dirty, there was small pieces of papers on floor, where no one had vacuum the carpet. I had to leave minutes upon arrival due to room conditions and requested a refund. toilet...

「What an amazing property. Love how they have renovated this beautiful old bank and kept so much character. The king suite was so spacious and comfortable and the Tellers restaurant and the Vault were both fabulous for food and drinks. Very convenient property for visiting downtown and the museums. Highly recommend!」

「Great place to stay in bricktown. It has an upscale feel and you have starbucks down in the lobby to keep the wife happy.」

「Great for the price! Staff is not always on site, but they were very helpful. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Water pressure was pretty low, but they had everything you would need and the decor is awfully cute. It is a bit rundown and could use a little touchup here and there but for a nice clean comfortable quick stay, it’s a great spot. That’s a little different than the same, old same old.」

「We have been traveling on Rt 66 from Chicago for a week now and I have to say The Skirvin set the bar on our stays. The absolute best hotel with warm service from start to finish, A great piano bar, food, location and comfy clean room. 」
