"First off, the employees were very nice and helpful people. The hotel was nice and clean. It felt safer then the other hotels just down the road. We ended up having to add another night that we couldn't have in the same reservation, so we got a single bed room. Sadly, the room smelt of cigarettes, but we knew it would be fine as it was for one night before we moved to a two bed room. We also were very tired from the drive and moving our luggage .We ended up checking in early to our other room. Sadly, the hotel only has two luggage carts, but both were taken, so we had to have one person stay in the room while the other had to make three trips to move our stuff to the other room, as our room key had stopped working. This is all happenstance, not anyone's fault. Once we got into the two bed room, things went much smoother."

"Great value for a beautiful lodge near the beach. Excellent customer service we were surprised to find out we could check out bikes for free for two hours. It was a wonderful way to explore the beach. I would stay again."

"I stayed one night here because I was in the area for work, I enjoyed my stay and the amenities. Cute hotel."

"I slept one night, when I woke up and turned the bathroom lights on there was a small red colored cockroach bug. Had to grab all my things out the bathroom so it wouldn't crawl on any of them. I wished there was a microwave too. Staff was kind. "

"When I checked in , found shower has not been cleaned, a dirty towel was there, and floor had black stains. I called front desk, I guess it is AI assistant, nobody resolves issue. The bathroom floor tiles are very dirty, and wet. In the morning , I found water leakage near closet , and caused my suitcase wet. By my request of partial refund, finally received email from its GM and agreed some refund, and asked me to do refund through Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel many times, and told me they decline refund. Quality and experience do not match review."

"Convenient airport location, however shuttle service was limited, and desk staff misinformed when called about next pickup after landing. Had to take an Uber. Good breakfast, with cooked omelets, bacon and fruit."
