「Debbie and Gregory were wonderful hosts. They made you feel right at home in a history rich location. Make sure you make time for the breakfast, it was delicious.」

「Host was very hospitable and helpful. Provided an excellent and interesting tour of the main floor rooms, explaining historical significance and the house design and construction, as well as the furniture, art, paintings, decor, dining ware etc. The room was comfortable, clean, bed was comfortable. The private washroom and shower were clean. Parking was free on the street in front or at the side of the mansion, street lighting was good, no concerns strolling around town at night and down to the...

「The owner was a great host. He was very informative and knowledgeable. His home is a museum of beautiful antique furniture and paintings. We especially enjoyed walking the neighborhood and admiring all the beautiful historic homes. The home cooked breakfast was 5 star and served beautifully on an impeccably set table. The antique dishes and silver serving pieces were gorgeous and made for a dining experience that takes you back in time.」

「Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.」

「Walking distance to many historic attractions. Excellent room.」

「A cozy home away from home in the heart of Natchez」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Natchez Manor! The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway for couples looking ot relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!」

「We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!」

「The room was great. Plenty of very hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good. Suggest that you start offering decaf coffee as well as regular coffee. The desk staff in the late afternoon/evening shifts were sullen & not that helpful, Looked as if they were tired, bored, or unhappy. The desk staff in the mornings were bright & cheerful. Greeted guests & were delightful. The breakfast staff were also very kind & helpful.」

「Very clean and quiet. Great location.」

「Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return I don't expect perfection when staying at a hotel, but I do expect basic cleanliness and working amenities. Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing from beginning to end. Our first room had a toilet that didn't work, an air conditioner that didn't work, and even the buttons on the room phone weren't functioning properly. We were moved to a second room, only to find more issues. There were no linens provided for the sofa bed, the...

「Clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet and there was a hot breakfast. It was just what we were looking for. We needed someplace clean to shower and sleep after doing volunteer work and this fit the bill. Also had good wifi. I had to use it for a zoom conference call and it worked perfectly.」

「While the bedding looked, smelt and felt clean, the floor didn’t seem clean. The bathroom had some type of muck build up along the caulk in between the floor and tub. The tub itself had paint peeling off. We didn’t shower because I felt cleaner not getting in the tub. The curtains were stained and gross to the main window. The staff was nice, but that doesn’t change the way the room looked. Wouldn’t stay here again.」

「The property is a large antebellum mansion plus a couple of cottages set among ancient live oaks in the countryside about 15 minutes from the historic center of Natchez. It is nothing short of spectacular. The owner and staff are lovely ladies in the Southern tradition (even if they are transplants from up north.) The house guests all have a full breakfast together at the dining room table, which makes for friendly discussions of fun plans for the day. I personally did not sip a toddy on the...

「My stay here was exceptional the staff not only accommodated to me by allowing me to check in early but they were so helpful and nice in general. The room was also very nice and clean as well everything was great and I would definitely return.」
