Suiten sind gross mit Traumblick aufs Meer und Küche aber das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen: Schimmel auf den Spiegeln, Wasserhähne machen laute Geräusche, WC Spülung Balkontüren dichten nicht, es ist alles hörbar, Klimmaanlage trotz 26 Grad extrem kalt, Betten klein 160cm und eher unbequem, Personal sehr nett und Liegen am Strand OK, jedoch kein Privatstrand da jeder durchgeht und Wasseraktivitäten genau daneben, was so keinen Sinn macht, Essen Buffet Restaurant gut, Fitness Ok Hygiene nicht gut: Wir haben nur im Hotel gegessen und ich hatte 2x einen Magen/Darm Infekt, beim zweiten Mal konnte ich 3 Tage nichts essen. Wir haben dann mit Bekannten gesprochen und sie haben uns mitgeteilt dass auf Hygiene in Malta nicht viel Wert gelegt wird. Sehr schade… Das Personal ist sehr nett und vor allem Henri ist herauszuheben, sowie unsere Reinigungskraft.

Great stay, service was very slow but we got the impression that was just Malta. Great suite. Mokka bar food was terrible for a 5star hotel, should scrap the menu and start again. Would absolutely return, just not eat in mokka bar. Pool area would benefit being hosed down on the evening.

This was our 4th time staying at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Golden Sands. This resort never disappoints. The entire staff from check-in, check-out, house keeping, maintenance crew etc. are all so friendly & welcoming team. The resort is always immaculate from inside the main lobby, to individual rooms, to outside the resort. It is a very well kept resort and part of the reason why we continue to return. We always include the breakfast. It is one of the best breakfast buffets and spreads with made to order omelet stand, fresh fruit & veggies, multiple juice options, and baked goods. It what we look forward to each morning we wake up. The staff again are so polite, friendly, and super attentive. Another benefit is Golden Sands has their own small private sandy beach, which can be hard to find in Malta. The resort has 3 pools: small kiddie pool, main pool where all are invited to lounge and our favorite the adults only pool (ages 16 yrs & up). The staff does an exceptional job at ensuring those at the pools & beach have the proper daily resort bracelet allowing guests access to these facilities. Wir waren jetzt zum 5. Mal in diesem wundervollen Hotel und wir genießen jeden Aufenthalt. Das Hotel bietet uns Ruhe, eine tolle große Suite mit eigener Küche und einen fantastischen Ausblick. Ein großer Pool und das Meer sind mit privaten Liegen ausgestattet und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und dies auch auf dem Zimmer zu genießen. Der SPA Bereich ist grandios und die Anwendungen sind großartig. Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend bis auf die Lagoon Bar am Pool hier ist der Service und die Freundlichkeit noch ausbaufähig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Great service from check-in to check-out—friendly, helpful, and always professional. The hotel itself was beautiful and well maintained, with nice rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the beautiful ocean views. Overall, it was a perfect mix of comfort, location, and top-tier service.

Super toller Ausblick. Schöne Suite mit Meerblick. Für ein 5 Sternehaus eine etwas abgenutzte Einrichtung. Gerade im Vergleich zu erlebten Häusern in Ägypten und Griechenland (z.B. Grecotel Imperial Korfu) Das Buffetrestaurant am Abend fällt gegenüber den Spezialitätenrestaurants ab. Henry der Concierge beim Frühstücksempfang ist großartig!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer geräumig, Betten für unseren Geschmack zu weich. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.Am besten gefiel uns der Pool- und Strandbereich mit den tollen Blick über die Bucht.

Good location, close to the golden sands beach. Unfortunately it was very windy during our stay and the water was still cold. In terms of getting to Valetta or any other attractions it is a bit remote even by taxi. Food at the restaurants was average.

Beautiful hotel, all areas are clean and tidy. However the rooms could do with modernisation. Gym, steam room, sauna and indoor pool are a great addition and worked well! Delicious food at the restaurants Aglio olio, Moka and Essence of India. Friendly and helpful staff too. Front desk and restaurant staff at all times was polite and helpful. Appreciated the assistance of the staff when taxi to airport was late.

+Nice and friendly staff. +Beachfront and they have outdoor pools and indoor heated pool with jacuzzi and sauna. + Great choice of breakfast buffet plus you have enough time to catch it if you prefer to sleep longer. + Different restaurants and the supermarket. +The hotel is away from the buzz, it’s located at a nice beach. -The room is a bit outdated. -The toilet was annoying to flush.. -The camping site nearby the hotel can be loud. Overall we would recommend this place.
