Las fotos no es lo que se vive en realidad

Llegamos a una habitación con el aire acondicionado dañado y les tocó cambiarnos. Ambas habitaciones necesitan buena limpieza, cambio en los pisos ya que todas las baldosas estan rotas y se mueven, una mesa de noche adicional y por lo menos bebidas en el mini bar.

El costo es muy alto para lo que ofrece el hotel

Se encuentran muy deterioradas las instalaciones. No hay suficientes parasoles ni mesas alrededor de la piscina . La televisión tiene solo los canales básicos, así que no se puede ver nada interesante. La señal de wi fi es pésima. No hay mayor variedad de la comida, no ofrecen postres.

Muy mal el servicio de los brazaletes... hacen el check in pero luego tiene uno que ir por las manillas.... las opciones de comuda muy regular... la atencion de las personas muy regular... en general estuvo muy lejos del concepto "Todo Incluido"...

Hotel para no volver.

Pagamos por una habitación con 4 camas y el hotel NO tiene disponible esa acomodación. Las habitaciones necesitan ser renovadas. La 1ra habitación (solo con 2 camas) que nos asignaron tenía el AA dañado y las puertas del clóset dañadas. La 2da habitacion (solo con 2 camas) le salían hormigas cada dos horas a la tina.Tampoco tienen agua caliente!. Tuvimos que pedir toallas extras pues no tienen siquiera toallas para el lavamanos . El menú no era muy variado. El gimnasio está 'caído": las dos máquinas multifuncionales estaban fuera de servicio y dos de las tres bicicletas de spinning estaban dañadas. La cancha de tenis tiene dañados 6 de 8 bombillos. Lo único rescatable fue la amabilidad del personal y las piscinas (aunque necesita más asoleadoras o sillas). Queda a 5 minutos de Girardot y de Unicentro (centro comercial) en caso que quieran descansar del hotel.

NO LO REPETIRIA

las personas muy diligentes y colaboradoras, PERO NO LES DAN CON QUE ATENDER, estan dejando caer el hotel: chapas que no cierran, puerta de balcon desajustada, no cierra y no se le puede colocar seguro, paredes con pintura soplada, cables electricos sueltos colgando de los televisores, no hay toallas para la piscina para todos los huespedes, la comida es tipo almuerzo diario no hay nada malo, pero nada especial.

Sólo dos observaciones

La atención muy buena, el lugar excelente para descansar, las habitaciones cómodas. Sólo tengo dos observaciones y sugerencias: En las habitaciones no ponen implementos de aseo (shampoo, jabón, gorro de baño, entre otros). Igualmente no hay variedad de bebidas para tomar. Considero que un hotel Resort de 3 estrellas debe tener varias o muchas opciones de alimentos y bebidas.

Need restoration.

Food was great, room clean , staff nice , this hotel offers some family activities such is nice but around the cabins the grass, yard hallways need more attention they're need a new restoration. It doesn't matter if this hotel rise price but offer instead better amenities. Something looks really old and careless.

Hotel en regilar estado de mantenimiento.

Regular. El aire acondicionado no funciono correctamente la primera noche y a pesar de que lo revisaron la segunda noche mejoro un poco pero no funciono eficientemente. La puerta ppal y la puerta del baño estaban deteríoradas . La ducha presentaba escape de agua continuamente por la valvula de agua caliente a pesar de que no hay servicio de esta.

El hotel necesita mejorar la conexion del wifi, la piscina tiene una baldoza dañada y es necesario el cambio, la comida no es nada variada, y los empleados no tienen buen trato y cordialidad con los huespedes

Tenia duda de reservar este hotel por los comentarios de algunos huéspedes, pero la verdad me parecio un hotel muy bonito, el personal es agradable, la comida esta bien. los cocteles muy ricos , la habitacion es pequeña pero tenia lo necesario para un placentero descanso.

Pésimo el servicio empezando por el check in. Las habitaciones son muy sencillas y los servicios del hotel básicos. El desayuno es más que malo. Era un hotel de mejor categoría hace unos años y el precio es demasiado alto para lo desmejorado q esta el hotel y los servicios. Ahora se permite la entrada a cualquier persona con tal de vender
