The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The check in process was easy, but I did arrive early and had to wait for access to my room at 3pm. 「Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out.
