Some issues with the bathroom. Toilet seat very loose. Shower door would not shut, resulting in floor flooding. Basin drain blocked and very slow to drain. Hot water very slow to come through, 4 or 5 minutes resulting in massive waste of precious water each time hot water needed. No recycling bin in room, or instruction on what to do with paper, plastic and glass.

The balcony was very small and uncomfortable and not as described in the booking. TV screen was damaged and poor quality. We could smell the rubbish chute when coming in or out of the door. Smelly! Sofa mattress was old and uncomfortable. No TV in bedroom. Remote didnt work properly.

The DTV input on the tv does not work. The analogue signal is very poor and only signal available. The remote for tv needed new batteries. When tv reported to manager nothing seemed to be done to fix.

These apartments are in a great spot in Melbourne. Within walking distance to most things. great views from balcony. a/c in room never worked, rang reception twice to repair but never heard back from them. Room was not serviced for 5 days, had to ring them, notice in room said they would come on the 4th day. single beds were a bit small, sons feet overhung end (15 yr old). toilet roll holder broken, no pay tv/ netflix. fry pan to small for cooking. one last positive - rooms were quiet no banging from other rooms

No access to swimming and gym

A major disappointment is that our 2-night stay did not give us access to the swimming pool and the gym. Upon inquiry, we were informed that these facilities were for residents only. My son was devastated and we were looking forward to using the gym as well. When I was searching for a hotel, there were pictures of the gym and a swimming pool. If we knew that there were restrictions we would have chosen another hotel. It had a huge negative impact on our little family getaway. Otherwise, the hotel is close to public transport, has two bathrooms which is ideal for a family stay.

The location was great, not far from the mall and Coles across the road was great. Would have preferred utensils suitable to a non stick pan, as well as more cutlery and grater and a peeler. Overall the comfort of the apartment was very nice. Great size too.

Great location & view but unit needs work!

Location is great. Plenty of resteraunts although you have to really look further away if you are a coffee fan. The view from the unit is fantastic. Beds were comfy but only a 2 seater couch, and small chair in lounge. There were several things around unit that needed fixing which was disappointing.
