The property was really good will definitely stay again.
Only issues were no quilt covers and that there was tablets/pills around the apartment.
The cleaners weren’t thorough enough.

I encountered many problems:
*When I picked up the key only one was provided. I asked about a second key for my wife and was told I would need to walk almost a kilometre to the Readyset office on King Street to obtain a second key. A second key should be a standard arrangement for any hotel or apartment rental.
Only one of three globes in the bathroom was working. Shaving, for example, was impossible as there was no lighting over the vanity basin. I asked on my first day for this to be rectified but nothing was done about it.
There was only one bedside lamp and it had no globe in it. I also asked for this to be fixed but nothing was done about that.
There were large white stains on the bedroom floor – see attached picture.
The space between the end of the bed and the bedroom wall was so narrow that we had to shuffle sideways to move from one side of the bedroom to the other.
The balcony lounge chairs were severely soiled and some had multiple cigarette burn holes in the upholstery full – see attached pictures.
The chairs in the apartment were dilapidated and the surface material was peeling off.
Only one 200ml container of milk was provided for two people to use over five days for tea and coffee.
We attempted to wash something in the washing machine but it did not appear to be working, and was full of water.
A sign in the kitchen asked us to load the dishwasher before leaving. However, there was no dishwasher. Surely that should be standard equipment in any apartment rental.

Was in a central part of town. Very accessible. Comfortable and staff were very helpful.
Pretty characterless apartment but perfectly fine. Building is undergoing renovations so it feels a bit like a building site but inside the apartment was fine. Lovely views, quiet.

Great central location. Easy access to transport, food, shopping and entertainment. The apartment was comfortable and secure with all the basics provided. Thank you to Lilly and Sam for your friendly and helpful service. An enjoyable experience, I will stay again some day in the future.

Disapointed with appartment
Positioning was great.
Only got 1 key on arival, recieved second a few days after after I strongly told them wasnt acceptable.
Aircon didnt work well (had to still rug up to keep warm) they bought portable heaters for us after another complaint.
1 hot plate doest work.
Mould in shower.
Dirty cotton tips in cupboard on arrival.
They said someone could sleep in lounge room fold out lounge yet blinds were see through so didnt block night lights out let alone morning sun.
Sliding door handle was broken, door cracked and didnt shut proberly so cold draft in room the whole time.
Broken crokery in cupboard
Safety door-close on lift doesnt work so my daughters pram got wedged in doors and I had to pry open to move it.
Overall after paying $2200 to stay there was very disapointed with the room.
This hotel is the worst l have stayed in, things were broken ,it was dirty stains on carpet, marks on walls ,balcony covered in cigarette butts, sliding doors to balcony wouldn;t close properly causing cold air to come in, overall Disgusting.
