Good location right next to tram line that gets you anywhere in Melbourne. Rooms were spacious and had all of our needs. We chose this hotel specifically because they have washer and dryer in the room as we are on a 15 day trip. Highly recommend!

Initially, we were given a room without a balcony and with very little natural light due to a neighboring building. The layout was also not suitable for staying with a baby. After requesting a room change, I was helped the next day. We received a similar room, but with a much better layout, plenty of natural light, and a balcony. This made us very happy and allowed us to enjoy our stay with our child. The very young staff were not particularly helpful; however, the older colleagues during peak times were very attentive and accommodating.
