I stayed in a room close to the front entrance which was quite noisy the first few nights. It did improve as it seemed less busy later.
Cleaners are quite quick to get through the room. Not sure they vacuumed the week I was there.
Great location opposite the beach and Brighton shops are nearby which is lovely.
We had a 1 bed apartment, it had a very good sized lounge area, plenty of storage space in the bedroom, and a well equipped kitchen. We were not flying until late and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and organised a later check out and luggage storage. We have stayed in Brighton before at a different apartment, but would happily stay here again, and recommend it.

Great location, front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room need some plumbing work which when pointed out was rectified quickly. Parking was affordable and was easy to access.
Very clean, modern room, good size and comfortable bed. Very helpful reception staff from first greeting, good easy to access carpark. Location is good for walking, and plenty of dining options only 15 min walk away.
Great staff - friendly and helpful. Clean and well appointed room with a comfortable bed. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of amenities.
Our recent stay at Quest was, quite frankly, extremely disappointing and well below the standard one would reasonably expect from an established accommodation provider.
The room was poorly presented, with dirty cups, a non-functioning refrigerator, and an overall lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance. These are fundamental standards that should never be overlooked in the hospitality industry.
However, the most frustrating aspect was the relentless noise throughout the night. A peaceful night's sleep was virtually impossible. At one point, I genuinely felt as though I was camping — although, in hindsight, a campsite would probably have offered a quieter and more comfortable experience.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that none of these issues relates to unreasonable expectations or luxury amenities. Cleanliness, functioning facilities, and a reasonable level of comfort are the absolute minimum requirements of any professionally managed accommodation.
From a customer experience perspective, this reflects a concerning lack of operational oversight, quality control, and attention to detail.
I would strongly encourage Quest management to reassess its housekeeping procedures, preventative maintenance practices, and overall commitment to guest satisfaction.
A recognised brand should represent a consistent standard of service, not simply a name above the entrance.
Unfortunately, based
Great location, right by the beach, the property was well maintained staff were pleasant.
Only thing is that they could’ve done with a few more cooking utensils we chose this property because it had a kitchenette but there was only little saucepan
The reception staff were lovely and friendly, and it was great to be able to have our dog stay with us.

Exceptional Stay with Friendly Staff and Perfect Location:
Our stay at Quest Brighton on the Bay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is unbeatable – it's just a two-minute walk across the road to the pier, which is an ideal spot to watch the beautiful Melbourne skyline and New Year fireworks displays. A top-class experience!
