Excellent stay. Staff were super helpful - friendly but professional. Rooms are clean and modern. Perfect location. Would absolutely stay again when in Melbourne.
Repeat guests I absolutely love this hotel for our city staycations. The general manager is amazing and always looks after us with a nice little welcome back gift. The rooms are some of the best in Melbourne CBD strongly recommend for an amazing location as well.
Location is perfect and the room is very clean and modern.
The buttermilk pancakes for the breakfast were delicious.

staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Very happy the room was supplied with coffee and towels to compliment the bed numbers ie two doubles 4 towels and eight coffee pods.
Loved our stay at Pullman city. Staff were super helpful and the location is amazing, if you love to shop. Considering the location the room was still nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this motel.
Room was good had all facilities you need , staff were good also , disappointed with roof top bar as this was the only place you could get a drink but had to book a table with them when you tried to walk in if busy they were saying comeback another time , you got free drink vouchers for this roof top bar if you didn’t have room cleaning service everyday which was good but you struggled to get in the Bar to use them . Not a 5* hotel , gym was good also .
Fantastic staff, very convenient to central Melbourne, walkable to everything. Staff were incredible, particularly Sophie on the front desk and the breakfast staff who went out of their way to make it enjoyable and helpful.
