It was a very clean space which is great, however that’s not what we expected as we prefer the bathroom in our room a Tv kettle fridge etc. The host was very helpful and pleasant. It’s a great space fir young people travelling 😊

The facilities are modest but they are clean and they are very conveniently located opposite West Richmond station. The staff are proactive, friendly and professional. Definitely a big plus. If you need a bed to rest in and you don't require fancy hotel style facilities, you'll be satisfied with your stay here.

The hotel is very old, badly maintained, and very noisy squeaky floors. Train station is only a few steps away. No carparks. I wouldn't recommend it for families

It was a room in a big share house style in the middle of Richmond next to the train station of Richmond West. Quite a few people there but all friendly. Nice neat kitchen and good size tv in the lobby.
