The place is old with really old windows so in the morning you can hear everything which woke me up every morning. We had high winds that rattled the window. I would love to come back to the place and see it renovated. The people running it was lovely. The location and price was awesome. It is a basic property, no lift, dated rooms, but it is in the best location for the MCG, a quiet street, great local cafes and wine shops, and is priced really well. So close to tram and train. We have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again. The owners are lovely.
