Good location for where we needed to be. It also had the amenities that we required. The apartment we stayed in could do with new carpet and a good clean. Note the bathroom is in the main bedroom and there is no lift to the first floor, so bear these in mind. Close to transport and dining options.

Good mid-range serviced apartment

Clean mid range apartment with wash machine freezer hob oven microwave dishwasher. Very convenient for Brighton shops & station. On busy junction so some traffic noise. No extractor in bathroom.

I was given a ground floor room which was much appreciated. Needed to climb onto a kitchen chair to reach a plate that I washed before using(they were a bit grubby) A chopping board would have been good. However a hassle free stay while my husband spent the night in Cabrini nearby.

It was a one night stay and overall it was ok for one night. We stayed in the upper floor , it had a balcony a kitchenette with a proper size fridge and a washing machine to get your clothes washed. A clothe dryer was located in the car park area which was ok. Easy check in and check out. It was close by to cafes and Coles supermarket and other shops. A 25 min walk to the bay or esplanade. Bed was a bit wobbly but ok for one night. Found some tissues and leaves behind the curtin on the main bedroom which was also covered by a heater.

Clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't open both of the belcony doors. When I asked the lady at admin, she said it was locked and she told she didn't have a key. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and will return but make sure my room opens to the belcony.

The one-bed apartment I had was a good size, but it was very tired and quite sparsely furnished. The crockery in the kitchen was not clean so I had to put it all through the dishwasher before I used it (no cutlery holder in it). There were about 10 forks but very few knives or spoons. The cereal bowls were too small. I notified reception about bin liners being too small and no laundry powder and they did supply these, but I also mentioned half the lightbulbs in the lounge didn't work and the Fox cable channels weren't available and they did nothing about these issues. I was staying for 2 weeks so I thought they could have addressed these things or at least come back to me and explained any problems. It wasn't up to me to chase. There were notices in the room that sheets and towels would be replaced every 3 days - this didn't happen during the whole 2 weeks. I felt that I paid a lot for this stay and I was very disappointed with the standard of care. The apartment itself was in a good location for transport and it was good to have parking.

We stayed in a twin room apartment (room 6) it had a large hole behind the door, cobwebs around the room in corners. Rooms had a certain aroma, we purchased some spray to neutralise it. Rooms need vacuuming under and around furniture as well as inside wardrobes. Although the rooms in general appeared to be unvacummed. The carpet was torn & worn out - desperately needs replacement. Walls dirty & patch work of different colours. The on-site manager was fantastic to deal with, allowed us to check in early. For a “serviced” apartment it only has staff come through once every three days. We were in our room when the staff came through and cleaned our room, the lady basically pushed the vacuum through the kitchen and into the bathroom, leaving the lounge and both bedrooms unvacummed, it’s no wonder there was still a lot of left over bits of rubbish under the couch and the beds in the rooms. We found a pair of shorts and undies from previous tenants, I let the staff know. The two rolls of toilet paper supplied originally in the room at the start of our stay had all but finished by day three which was when the room was serviced, after servicing the room, no replacement toilet paper or coffee, needed to be requested. The apartment is in a fantastic location. all in all disappointed considering what is charged. The other rooms could be great as I was booking based off the recent reviews which were excellent, room 6 obviously doesn’t get much attention.

The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All of the plates, mugs and glasses were dirty, the phone was hanging off the wall, the walls scuffed with stains on the carpet, the bedroom window did not open and although having a washing machine in the room was a good addition there was no dryer and only a small old rusted clothes horse. I wasn't expecting it to be 5 stars, but surely being clean isn't too much to ask.

I did not stay at the property as the smell was horrible. Even though staff said they could not smell anything. This is not a nice place at all. I handed key back and didn't stay. Half refund. Never again

The people living in the room next to me were broken into one night...their phone, wallet, unit keys and car keys were stolen...and their car was also stolen!!
