Very nice spacious rooms that are comfortable just like home. Also as I work out every single day, the gym and the pool came in handy, and I could relax in the sauna after my work out which was perfect. The staff members were very friendly just like family. I stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse, which sleeps 6. In the kitchen there was 2 teaspoons, 2 mugs, 5 plates ie it is not appropriately stocked. The teabags had not been replenished, the tv in one of the upstairs bedrooms had sound only, no picture. The lounge had dirty marks on it. Shower caps not supplied in bathrooms, even the most basic hotels provide disposable shower caps. The carpet outside our room had clearly not been vacuumed before our arrival or during the 2 night stay. I found it to be disappointing. I travel a lot so I know what to expect at the price point.
