"This is my second time staying at the Victoria Hotel. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and check in easy. The location is in the heart of the CBD. My only thing is the rooms could do with a bit of colour but otherwise my overnight stay was great. The restaurant was excellent too. Highly recommend. "

"Clean and welcoming room, plenty of shops within walking distance. There's a tram stop just around the corner of the building. The gym is small but tidy and the machines work well. Was fairly quiet, though I could hear conversations from the occupants in the room next door. Outdoor noise was minimal from the high level room. Shower was wonderful with good pressure, adequate temperatures and had a rain shower head."

"I stayed here for the F1 weekend with some friends and unfortunately our experience didn’t match the expectations set by the price or the photos online. At $739 per night,I expected more, the room was quite small and did not resemble the advertised pictures. The overall cleanliness was also disappointing. While the towels were changed during my stay, the bed itself was not made, which added to the impression that the room hadn’t been properly serviced. For the price being charged, I would have expected a much higher level of presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully the hotel can improve these areas, as the current experience does not justify the nightly rate."
