"The front desk staff, excellent. Rooms were clean. My rating was low because you can get a much bigger, better hotel for less and be on the beach. We booked our room on a short layover very last minute. We were able to check in early which was great. They let us lounge at the pool until check in time which was also very nice. But again, for the price, stay somewhere with beach access! Also, WiFi is terribly slow and you can only have two devices connected."

"Great value for your dollar! Stayed 2 nights and did the cruise out to Castaway Island. Don't waste your money on them big flash resorts, this place is all that you need! Super friendly staff , easy parking if you have a rental car and a great pool for a night time swim. I highly recommend this hotel🙂"

"Bula, We stayed at Wyndham Garden Wailoaloa beach the night before our flight back to New Zealand because of its vicinity to the airport and the shuttle. We had a fourth floor suite and it was lovely, contemporary and comfortable - with a massive screen tv. The view was lovely and especially at sunset. The booking in was convoluted and took more time than it should have, the systems had gone down so out of the hotels control. We had dinner at the Jasmine Restaurant and it was some of the best food we had on our trip - my partner said his meal was better that at the top rated Fish Bar at the Marriott. The restaurant and bar staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. Thank you all, vinaka!"

"Excellent friendly service and staff. Clean room however showerhead needs cleaning and new toilet seat required. My first visit in mid-August, I had dinner in the restaurant and the mahi mahi was tough and uneatable. It also had a slight odour which to me meant that it was not fresh fish, but frozen maybe several times!"
