"My stay at the hotel was really good staff in the front desk was amazing rooms were so clean hats of the hotel housekeeping staff very great and very friendly breakfast was great just want add this comments and it’s boring me hotel should provide transport to the staff like other hotels it’s my humble request please the management to look forward this matter seriously thanks again for the hospitality vinaka hope to see you guys in few years"

"A stunning, freshly renovated resort with spacious rooms, immaculate sunrise/sunset views, and exceptionally kind staff. However, a few operational and maintenance misses kept it from perfection. - Room lighting had a jarring strobe/flicker issue upon turn-on, the in-room spa jets acted up, and lacking dishwashing supplies made washing baby bottles a chore. - The TV’s in our room had limited channels. The advertisement mentioned that there were two large TV’s in the room, but one didn’t turn on, and the other had very limited channels to choose from. - The gym needs a deep clean, better ventilation, and heavier weights. - The breakfast buffet, though fresh, was repetitive and heavy on calorie-dense options like sweet pastries, making high-protein choices difficult. - Non-motorised water sports were restricted for being "too shallow," yet motorised JetSkis operated in the same area, and activity staff packed up by 2 to 3 PM daily instead of posted hours. Great views and service, but needs better quality control."
