"The place was clean and luxurious. The room was in great condition, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really liked the food at the restaurant, the pool, and the lounge for departing guests. The only downside was that it felt a bit crowded, so when I made requests at the lobby, the response was a little slow, which was a bit inconvenient."

"The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. "

A shout to all the staffs with a 10/5 services, especially Chloe (QC Manager), Vinh (buggy driver), Hannah (The Market breakfast). Their patients, attentiveness, warmth hospitality made us feel like VIPS. This resort is so stunning, with a private white sand beach for guest to snorkel, kayaking, swimming. They also offer free ticket to Kiss of the Sea water show, it is so spectacular. I have seen many show in United States and Vegas, but this show is by far so much better. I also travel to the North shore, but the vibes is too busy and Vegas vibe for us. Thank you Premier Village Phu Quoc for an unforgettable family vacation, from Villa 801!"
